Sparrow

Sparrow Rooftop St. Pete 💥 The coolest new rooftop bar and restaurant is now open to the public. On top of the Moxy Hotel, this is a large space, with indoor and outdoor dining on the balcony with gorgeous views. There is a marble topped bar, velvet booths, and a coastal chic decor. DJ plays lively electonica music in this restaurant and nightclub.

Sparrow offers diners a small book to choose from the thoughtfully created fun cocktails and shareable cocktail options. The wine and beer list is also well curated.

Blistered Shishito Peppers. This is a shareable small plate. It’s nicely accentuated with the spicy pistachio dressing. The peppers are a little spicy, and sometimes we got a really hot one.

Duck Bao Buns. The buns are soft and delicious, with cucumber, hoisin, scallion.

Yellowtail Ceviche Tostada, with hamachi, aji  amarillo , and leche de tigre. So good!

Seared Snapper with yuzu teriyaki and grilled baby bok choy. The fish was succulent and tender. The snapper was my favorite dish.

Lemon Tart. This bright dessert comes with blueberries, citrus coulis, and whipped cream. 🍋

Great addition to the Edge District. It’s on the top floor of the Moxy Hotel. When you walk in to the Moxy, head to the elevators to the left and go to the 7th floor. You’ll want a reservation if you are dining, through Open Table.

📍 1234 Central Avenue
